Pre-Season Draft * Draft Report page updated instantly after each pick is made. * Rosters are updated instantly after each pick is made. * Each pick made is automatically e-mailed to each team owner in that league. * The pick notification e-mail also states which team is "on-the-clock". * Be sure to follow the Draft from the "Draft" link. * The Pre-Draft option works to automatically make your selection when it is your turn. * You cannot exceed the Roster limit during the pre-season draft. (once your Roster is full, any future draft picks will be skipped) * The pre-season draft will last for 10 rounds.** * * Drafting Rules / Notes * * You will have up to 6 hours to make your pick. If no selection is made, the system will make a pick for your team using the ADP Draft Tracker tool. (your team will then be put on "Autodraft") We strongly encourage the use of the "Pre-Draft" option. (see more on this below) Note: Once the Timer expires on any team, that team will then be put on "autodraft" for the remaining rounds.** (If your team is on "auto-draft" you CAN still pre-draft. The system will still make a pick the moment you get "on-the-clock", but it will look at your pre-draft selections first.) The Timer WILL BE ON from the start of the Draft, so pre-draft if you will NOT be online for a few hours. With "Autodraft", the system will make all picks for that team as soon as they get on the draft clock. The system will automatically pick a player for the owner based on: 1 - Pre-Draft selections input by the Owner. 2 - The highest-ranked available player according to rankings displayed on the Average Draft Tracker page. If you will be gone, vacation, off line, etc., you can use the Pre-Draft option, or ask us to put your team on "autodraft". The draft "spots" CAN be traded. For the "Pre-season draft", each round goes in reverse order of last years standings, (see chart at the bottom of this page) and will last for 10 rounds. Rules to keep the Draft "moving": 1- Starting on the 1st day, if an owner is on the clock and has NOT logged in for a few days, we will have the system auto-pick for you. 2- The Draft timer will be "ON" starting with the start of the Draft. 3- If your pick is up, AND you have been on the clock for a few hours AND you have not logged on for 24 or more hours, we will have the system auto-pick for you for that round. 4- If the Timer expires on you or you consistently have Rule #3 happen to you, we will have the system auto-pick for you for the rest of the way. On this page, you will see YOUR players, and the AVAILABLE players (all Ranked by Season Projections) Note: this is a LIVE page. It is updated automatically whenever a player is drafted, or has an injury etc. (it is also updated automatically during the season when Waivers are processed (players picked up and dropped). From Your League Home Page, Click on your Team name, then on Full Profile. Then click on - "Fantasy Sharks Custom Draft Guide" Step-by-step instructions: From your League's Home Page: Click on "Make a Draft or Pre-Draft Pick now." IF you are ON THE CLOCK, you will see "YOUR TURN TO DRAFT. SELECT BELOW". You can sort the selections by Rank, ADP (Average Draft Position), etc. Hilight the Player you want. Click on the "DRAFT PLAYER" button. IF it is NOT your turn to draft, you will see "SELECT PLAYER TO PRE-DRAFT" . Click here for info on Pre-Drafting for this round and / or future rounds. - If the owners following you in the draft have used the pre-draft option, their picks will automatically be made for them. - All team owners who are registered to receive email will receive a notification of your pick, as well as whose turn it is to pick next. Also, any pre-draft picks that were made will be included in this email message. Pre-Drafting for future Rounds: An on-line draft can be a very time consuming process. We have implemented a pre-draft system to move it along. This pre-draft system allows each franchise owner to select a list of players for future rounds even if it is not yet their turn to pick. (no other franchise owner can find out the pre-draft picks you have made.) To Pre-draft: From your League's Home Page: Click on "Make a Draft or Pre-Draft Pick now." IF you are NOT ON THE CLOCK, you will see "SELECT PLAYER TO PRE-DRAFT". You can sort the selections by Rank, ADP (Average Draft Position), etc. Hilight the Player you want. Click on the "ADD PLAYER TO THE QUE" button. Repeat these steps above for any pick you'd like to attempt in this round. Keep in mind, the more picks you specifiy, the better your chances of getting a player. Once you're done, you may change the priority order for your picks using the "Up" and "Down" buttons. Or, you may remove a pick by clicking on the "Remove From Que" button. Now that your picks are prioritized, click on the "Save These Picks and Continue" button to get confirmation of your picks. Optionally, if you'd like to make picks for Future Rounds, you will be given the opportunity to select them next, and so on. If you later change your mind and decide to remove your pre-draft picks for a certain round (before drafting for that round, of course), you can follow all of the steps above, except don't select any players or teams from the list of available players and teams.
